DC4Democracy envisions a future where citizens, especially young people, are empowered to become informed, critical, and responsible participants in democratic life through meaningful digital engagement.

To realise this vision, DC4Democracy is developing and validating a robust, scalable, and inclusive assessment framework and digital tools, fully aligned with DigComp, to measure the competences essential for democratic deliberation in digital contexts.
