This work package operationalises the assessment framework developed in WP3 by translating it into practical tools and instruments suitable for classroom use in secondary and VET contexts. It adopts a sprint-based, iterative structure that mirrors the evolution of the framework. Each cycle involves the design, testing, and refinement of assessment formats and instruments, including scales, branching scenarios and rubrics. Tools are developed based on WP3 outputs and tested through the pilots in WP5. This process ensures alignment, usability, and contextual relevance across educational environments.

• To design and co-develop a classroom-ready assessment toolkit that operationalises the conceptual framework.
• To develop multilingual assessment instruments including Likert-type self-assessment scales (allow learners to reflect on their confidence and perceived proficiency across key competences) and branching scenario videos (simulate real-life decision making) for various target users (secondary students, VET learners).
• Develop one item bank including scale items and branching scenarios.
• To provide documentation of the toolkit.
