This WP ensures the long-term impact, sustainability, and transferability of the DC4Democracy outcomes across different education levels and national contexts. It translates the validated results of the framework (WP3), tools (WP4), and pilots (WP5) into concrete, evidence-based policy recommendations. At the same time, it develops a sustainability plan involving key stakeholders to support further uptake. The WP contributes directly to the EU digital education and citizenship agenda and provides guidance for systemic integration at the local, national, and EU levels.

• Ensure long-term sustainability of project outcomes and inform policy development at national and EU levels.
• To issue policy recommendations to support the integration of the digital competence framework and assessment tools into education systems, exploring pathways for national and EU-level adoption. The policy recommendations will also include targeted interventions at various levels (national, school, individual) to support the improvement of low-scoring competences when identified.
• To prepare a plan to ensure the project’s results are sustained after the end of the project.
