This WP aims to test the DC4Democracy framework (WP3) and tools (WP4) in real secondary and VET education settings across partner countries. It follows an agile, sprint-based structure with three cycles of piloting and evaluation. Each sprint collects structured feedback from learners, educators, and observers, using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Insights from each round feed directly into the refinement of framework elements (WP3) and tool designs (WP4), ensuring contextual relevance, validity, and usability. The WP also aims to support the evidence base for policy recommendations in WP6.

• To pilot and evaluate the assessment framework and toolkit in real educational settings in five European countries, measuring usability, clarity, cognitive load, learner engagement, and applicability.
• To construct a model for evaluating usability, clarity, cognitive load, learner engagement, and applicability of the framework/toolkit.
• To develop a concrete evaluation plan for each pilot site.
• To pilot all our results in five real-life educational institutions across 5 countries and two levels (secondary school and VET).
